Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To manage your booking and contact you about it. This is necessary to provide the service you asked for (contract).
- To keep business and tax records. This is required by law (legal obligation).
- To show our work on our website and social media, and to keep our website secure. This is in our legitimate interests. You can object at any time.
- Allergy or health information. We only use this to keep you safe during your appointment, and only with your agreement.
We never sell your information, and we won't send you marketing messages.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the service providers that run our website, database and booking emails, and only so they can provide those services for us. They're not allowed to use it for anything else. If a provider processes data outside the UK, appropriate legal safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
- Booking and contact details: 2 years after your last appointment.
- Payment records: 6 years, as required for tax purposes.
- Inspiration pictures: deleted once they're no longer needed for your appointments.
